At Livia Sorell Jewelry, every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged and shipped with tracking.

Order processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Personalized or made-to-order jewelry may require additional preparation time when this is stated on the product page.

Shipping services, transit times and rates

The estimates below begin after an order has been processed and dispatched.

  • United States: USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days, USD 9.90.
  • Canada: USPS Priority Mail International, 6–10 business days, USD 25.00.
  • Germany: USPS Priority Mail International, 6–10 business days, USD 25.00.
  • United Kingdom: USPS Priority Mail International, 6–10 business days, USD 25.00.
  • Türkiye: 2–5 business days. The current rounded TRY rate is shown at checkout.

Under the current rate structure, additional items in the same order do not add a further shipping charge. The exact rate available for an order is confirmed at checkout.

Complimentary shipping

Complimentary shipping is available on United States orders over USD 75. Türkiye orders qualify at the current local-currency threshold displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Customs duties and import taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling charges may apply to international shipments. Any amount explicitly shown as included at checkout is covered as stated there. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country.

Delivery estimates and delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, address issues and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
