These Terms of Service govern your use of liviasorell.com and purchases made from Livia Sorell Jewelry.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
1. Store Operator
Livia Sorell Jewelry is operated by Mustafa Bertan from:

2. Eligibility
There is no fixed minimum age for browsing our website. However, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
If you do not have that capacity, you may use the store and place an order only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our jewelry accurately. Because jewelry may be handmade or finished individually, minor differences in color, texture, dimensions or appearance may occur.
Colors may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting and screen settings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product images, packaging and decorative objects shown in photographs are for presentation purposes. The order includes only the items identified in the product description.
4. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market or at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Livia Sorell Jewelry as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin processing it.
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- Product unavailability.
- Delivery restrictions.
- Orders placed for unauthorized resale.
- Technical or payment-processing errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment card information.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.
7. Personalization
You are responsible for checking all names, dates, sizes, symbols, spelling and other personalization instructions before placing an order.
Personalized or made-to-order products might not be eligible for cancellation or return except where defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Shipping
Processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking and customs information are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, public authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security.
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
- Scrape, copy or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
- Submit false, misleading, abusive or infringing material.

All website content and branding are owned by or licensed to Livia Sorell Jewelry and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the website or purchase of a product.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may integrate with payment, shipping, advertising, analytics, loyalty, review and social media services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States or another jurisdiction, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections and rights available under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes do not retroactively alter orders already accepted unless required by law.
